About The Position

ATTIC Correctional Services is seeking a dependable, confident, and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Addams House, a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) serving adult female correctional clients. This is more than a traditional residential support position. You'll help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while working directly with residents to encourage positive behavior and successful progress in the community. Because security and community safety are important components of the program, we're looking for someone who exercises sound professional judgment, maintains appropriate boundaries, and is comfortable working independently. If you have experience or an interest in corrections, criminal justice, human services, behavioral health, residential care, security, or related fields, this is an opportunity to put those skills to meaningful use. The goal of Addams House isn't simply to supervise residents—it's to help create an environment in which individuals can make positive behavioral changes and successfully move forward. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you'll play an important role in resident accountability, program security, community safety, and reducing recidivism. This can be an especially rewarding opportunity for someone interested in building experience in corrections, criminal justice, behavioral health, or human services.
