The Behavioral Respite Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership and oversight for the Behavioral Respite program serving individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services, supervising clinical staff, and maintaining compliance with all Behavior Analyst Certification Board standards and applicable state regulations. The Clinical Manager plays a critical role in developing individualized behavior intervention strategies, monitoring client progress, and supporting staff and families through training and supervision.
