The Behavioral Program Administrator serves as a core member of the Hermann Center clinical and research team, working across disciplines to support the development, testing, implementation, and sustainability of innovative behavioral health programs. This role integrates program leadership, management, research collaboration, and clinical care within a dynamic academic medical setting. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable working at the intersection of clinical care, program leadership, and research.
