About The Position

The Village Network is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Behavioral Management Specialists (BMS) in behavioral health and youth services. This role involves working directly with youth in a mental health setting to help them transition from disruptive to stable environments. The Village Network provides comprehensive treatment plans for children and families across multiple locations in Ohio and West Virginia, utilizing approaches like Collaborative Problem Solving and The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.
