About The Position
The Village Network is seeking passionate individuals for Behavioral Management Specialist (BMS) positions to make a difference in the lives of youth and families. This role involves working directly with youth in a mental health setting and contributing to an exciting new program in Ravenna. The Village Network has been providing compassionate treatment for the behavioral, physical, and emotional health of children and families since 1946, with services including community-based services, residential treatment, and treatment foster care programs across 19+ locations in Ohio and West Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with youth in a mental health setting.
- Contribute to the growth of a new program in Ravenna.
- Provide compassionate treatment to support the behavioral, physical, and emotional health of children and families.
- Assess individual needs of children and develop dynamic treatment plans.
- Transition youth from disruptive to stable environments.
