About The Position

The Behavioral Interventionist - School Based position offers a $750 sign-on bonus. This role is for individuals who want to be a point of support during challenging times. The interventionist will interact directly with students to enhance their quality of life and educational experience. HCRS is a team of dedicated clinicians and business leaders focused on transforming the lives of at-risk individuals by building and leading integrated, multi-disciplinary teams to serve complex individuals across various locations. Requirements

Associate’s Degree and 2 years experience and/or Bachelor’s Degree
The ability to establish and maintain a supportive relationship with the student
Be capable of applying behavioral interventions in a consistent and targeted manner to generate positive outcomes
Collect and use data to build and modify behavioral interventions
