The Behavioral Interventionist Program Manager will oversee and manage staff in Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri, ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets specified outcomes for the BI Program. This role involves providing effective supervision and leadership to enhance the emotional intelligence and performance of direct reports, ensuring all program activities align with the mission and values of FAC. The manager will be responsible for employee and team satisfaction, monitoring and adjusting workloads, conducting regular supervisory conferences, and ensuring all training requirements are met. Additionally, this role partners with the Regional Director to manage client referrals and waitlists, ensuring timely assignment of new clients and BIs. The manager will also oversee the accuracy and timeliness of assessments, renewals, and progress notes, track incident reports, and provide support during investigations. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including court appearances and trainings, is expected. A key focus is on continuous quality improvement, implementing PQI/QA processes, and ensuring adherence to agency standards and contract requirements. The role also involves tracking program hours for billing and funding guidelines.
