About The Position

The Behavioral Interventionist (BI) Program provides intensive 1:1, trauma-informed support to help children and youth with behavioral and emotional challenges remain safely and successfully stable in their home. Using neuro-stimulating techniques and relationship-based interventions, the program supports healing from trauma while building emotional regulation, behavioral management, and family stability. The Family Coordinator provides support, resources, and advocacy to families served. This isn't just a BI position—it's an opportunity to help young adults face a brighter future.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed
  • Travel required with or without accommodation
