Behavioral Health Workers support the implementation of individualized care plans for clients facing mental health and/or substance use challenges. They adhere to the policies, rules, regulations, and directives of North Range Behavioral Health while facilitating client engagement. Behavioral Health Workers act as sources of emotional support, assist with resource navigation and problem-solving, and advocate for clients' needs to ensure their active participation in care plans. This position will provide services in the following programs: Crisis Stabilization Services (Acute Treatment Unit and Withdrawal Management (Detox)), Crisis Response Team (Crisis Walk-In Center), True North, Wings, and Recovery Support Services.
