Behavioral Health Trainer

About The Position
Freedom House is seeking a full-time qualified behavioral health professional to plan and provide an array of behavioral health trainings in the community, online, and to Freedom House staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years post-baccalaureate experience in a behavioral health role
- Experience providing training to adult learners and children.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of software including PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Become a certified trainer in mental health awareness curriculums
- Organize and provide mental health awareness trainings in the community and online
- Create and provide behavioral health trainings for Freedom House staff
- Maintain a monthly training calendar of all trainings offered
- Create and manage online training content for Freedom House's Learning Management System
