A flexible working arrangement agreement will be required upon offer. This position will support Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) patients, guardians, and schools to improve a child’s overall functioning by providing counseling and care management services using a patient-centered, collaborative approach with an interdisciplinary team.
