As a behavioral therapist, you will be responsible for delivering all therapist services such as completing assessments, guiding groups, treatment and discharge planning, and patient care documentation. Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients participating in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and general therapy services. Conduct thorough clinical assessments, intake evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews. Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and other members of the Inner Healing Collaboration Program to ensure coordinated, holistic client care. Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans that integrate therapeutic, relational, and experiential approaches. Facilitate preparation and integration sessions for clients undergoing KAP treatment. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record system. Participate in team meetings, consultation groups, and interdisciplinary case discussions. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with professional and legal guidelines. Stay current with research and best practices in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and integrative healing approaches.
