We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Community Behavioral Health with Community First Solutions. As the largest provider of behavioral health services in Butler County, our team works hard to support our community. We provide a variety of mental health and addiction services including assessments, individual & group therapy, and psychiatric services. Our Therapists are responsible for directly providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients. Compensation: Competitive salary, based on licensure Schedule: Part time, 20 hours per week Monday - Thursday, no weekends! Why We’ll Love You: You hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field. You hold dual licensure: LSW, LPC, MFT or higher. You bring experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health treatment, with outpatient or intern experience considered. You have strong clinical skills, a commitment to client rights, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients. You have knowledge and skills in working with co-occurring disorders. You are comfortable completing assessments, individualized treatment plans, documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
