About The Position

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Community Behavioral Health with Community First Solutions. As the largest provider of behavioral health services in Butler County, our team works hard to support our community. We provide a variety of mental health and addiction services including assessments, individual & group therapy, and psychiatric services. Our Therapists are responsible for directly providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients. Compensation: Competitive salary, based on licensure Schedule: Part time, 20 hours per week Monday - Thursday, no weekends! Why We’ll Love You: You hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field. You hold dual licensure: LSW, LPC, MFT or higher. You bring experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health treatment, with outpatient or intern experience considered. You have strong clinical skills, a commitment to client rights, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients. You have knowledge and skills in working with co-occurring disorders. You are comfortable completing assessments, individualized treatment plans, documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
One of the following: LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT required.
Experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Treatment.
Must have strong clinical skills, a strong commitment to client rights, competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with clients, knowledge, and skills related to co-occurring disorders.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required, we will consider intern experience.

Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive addiction and mental health assessments
Participate in staff meetings and treatment planning review meetings.
Provide addiction and mental health treatment services, including groups and individuals
Maintain communication with referral sources in a timely manner.
Participate in therapeutic and psycho-educational interventions.
Meet productivity standards as established by the agency
Complete timely documentation of all client interactions
Maintain adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.
Other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.
