How you'll contribute A Behavioral Health Tech who excels in this role: Responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, by ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, patients are supervised, that safety is maintained, and patients and guests are treated with respect and dignity. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire
  • 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN
