River Edge Behavioral Health is recognized for its state-of-the-art treatment and support services for more than 13,000 children, youth, families, and adults annually who experience mental illness, addiction, co-occurring disorders, and substance abuse problems. In addition, River Edge offers services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Technician - IDD - to join our team in making a difference in the lives of our patients every day. We are in the heart of Middle Georgia State where we enjoy abundant recreational opportunities, and a family friendly environment with good schools and opportunities for the entire family to be involved. The Behavioral Health Technician - IDD cares for people who have disabilities, chronic illnesses, cognitive impairments, or age-related problems. He or she provides social interaction and companionship for patients in various healthcare settings under the direction of a licensed professional.
