Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Active and valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with the intake and orientation process for new clients entering the program.
- Maintain accurate client documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards.
- Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable.
- Coordinate and supervise client daily activities and schedules.
- Follow treatment plan objectives and support client-specific therapeutic goals.
- Monitor client behavior and emotional needs and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention when necessary.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly treatment environment.
- Assist with client dietary and daily living needs as required.
- Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information.
- Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
- Other duties as assigned.
