Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, or ability to obtain upon hire

Nice To Haves

Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, mental health, healthcare, residential treatment, or social services
Experience working with vulnerable populations
Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team
Can remain calm and professional during challenging situations
Have strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Understand the importance of professional boundaries
Are dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working directly with clients

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision, support, and engagement to clients
Assist with client intake, orientation, and daily routines
Monitor and document client behavior, progress, and incidents
Support therapeutic activities, groups, and scheduled programming
Observe and document medication self-administration according to protocol
Assist with transportation to appointments and program activities
Respond appropriately to behavioral or emotional crises using approved interventions
Support clients with activities of daily living and dietary needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and structured residential environment
Complete required documentation, training, and compliance activities
Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative team members
