Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of consistent work history
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- For Kirksville RCF staff, Illinois staff, and Kansas Residential staff only: Must provide evidence that incumbent is free of infectious and contagious disease, such as TB, prior to beginning employment and annually thereafter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Basic computer proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in behavioral health or a related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in treatment planning and team meetings
- Assist clients with daily living activities and provide education as needed
- Ensure clients follow program rules and report behaviors to supervisors
- Follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff
- Support intake processes including safety checks and specimen collection
- Provide transportation assistance when needed
