About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) for the overnight shift. Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers dedicated to providing evidence-based clinical care and individualized treatment. We offer a range of programs including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. We are looking for talented and passionate clinicians to join our team and make a difference in the recovery community.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
