Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. The specific facility, Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore, is a 100-bed residential facility providing inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. The expansive building is newly renovated, modern, and appealing, offering an array of amenities and a hotel-like experience. Set on 7.74 acres of picturesque and secluded property, Avenues at Eastern Shore provides an ideal setting for clients to heal, re-connect, and re-discover themselves. The multidisciplinary staff includes therapists, clinicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, addictions counselors, and behavioral health technicians, all trained in key therapeutic modalities and providing compassionate, dignified, and unsurpassed care.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and CPR certification required
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
