Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Driver's license preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams, including admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, and phone duties.
Engage and build rapport with clients to foster a warm and accepting recovery environment.
Monitor clients and enforce Avenues policies to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
Record and escalate critical communications and incidents in a timely manner.
Fulfill administrative duties such as shift documentation, inventory management, attending meetings, and general office support.
