About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) for the overnight shift at its Bucks County location. This role is crucial in managing daily residential operations and ensuring a positive and safe recovery environment for clients. The facility partners with Crosswalk Sober Living to provide a supportive domestic setting with 24/7 supervision. Avenues Recovery Center is committed to evidence-based clinical practices and individualized care, aiming to transform lives through its comprehensive addiction treatment programs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries.
Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medication management.
Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
