About The Position

The Munson Pediatric Crisis Residential Program is a six-bed, short-term residential treatment program for youth ages 8–17 experiencing a behavioral health crisis, providing 24/7, trauma-informed care in a safe, home-like environment as an alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. During their typical 7–14 day stay, residents receive individualized treatment—including therapy, medication management, skill-building, and family involvement—to stabilize their mental health and prepare for a successful return home, school, and community. Staff are part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that helps youth and families navigate crises and build a foundation for long-term recovery. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
BLS required within 60 day of hire

Responsibilities

Provides direct care to patients in a manner that considers safety, comfort in the behavioral health therapeutic environment.
Builds healthy, supportive patient relationships and practices effective interpersonal skills at all times.
Completes clinical reports and documentation in a professional and timely manner.
