About The Position

At Zarephath, we don’t just provide care—we provide a roadmap to independence. We are looking for a Life Success Specialist to serve the East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler) who is passionate about helping youth (ages 5–17) and their families build the practical skills they need to thrive. From teaching daily life skills to supporting DCS reunification efforts, your work will directly impact families right here in our community. As a Life Success Specialist, you are a mentor, a teacher, and a champion for youth, fostering growth in safe and engaging environments.

Requirements

1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health.
High School Diploma required.
Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and an insured personal vehicle (meeting $100K/$300K coverage requirements) to transport youth.
Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and a negative TB test.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with youth and caregivers across Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler to create lasting change.
Life Skills Training: Using the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs and teaching everything from social skills to daily independence.
Community Impact: Planning therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues that make learning "hands-on."
Reunification Support: Collaborating with DCS to help families stay together and build a stable future.
Goal Tracking: Developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining high-quality documentation to celebrate every milestone.
