Dittmer, MO Overnights, 7 pm - 7 am, Full-Time Doing Well, By Doing Good At Sana Lake Recovery, we treat substance use and mental health disorders as a chronic disease that is unique to each of our members. We offer a full continuum of care from medical detox to recovery supportive housing with treatment options in the St. Louis area. The intimate settings provided by Sana Lake cultivate an environment that facilitates meaningful recovery and promotes an overall sense of well-being. Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (Member Care Specialist) who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! As a Member Care Specialist, you will act as a behavioral health technician and recovery support. Member Care Specialists are representatives of the treatment staff and observe all member activities, as well as maintain a visible presence with the members at the treatment center and at outside activities. The MCS will also circulate throughout the program to be available to meet any physical, emotional, or spiritual needs of the members, as well as to determine the need for additional support and ensure this information is provided to counselors, nurses, and therapists. This position is for our overnight shift, 7pm - 7am.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the treatment industry
- A current and valid Missouri Driver's License (Class E required after 30 days of employment)
Responsibilities
- Act as a behavioral health technician and recovery support.
- Observe all member activities.
- Maintain a visible presence with the members at the treatment center and at outside activities.
- Circulate throughout the program to be available to meet any physical, emotional, or spiritual needs of the members.
- Determine the need for additional support and ensure this information is provided to counselors, nurses, and therapists.
