Requirements

High School Diploma required.
Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.

Nice To Haves

Valid Driver's License preferred.
Behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience preferred.
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Transport clients to appointments and discharge locations using a company-provided vehicle.
Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program.
Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation.
Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.
Coordinate and facilitate client activities.
Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs.
Evaluate clients' behavioral and emotional needs, providing appropriate responses, including crisis intervention.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment for clients.
Assist clients with their dietary needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
