Requirements

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, including use of the internet and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college education focused in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience working with criminal justice treatment programs

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals in crisis.
  • Crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to support clients.

Benefits

  • Pay: $17.50 to $22.50 (Depends on experience)
  • Overnight shift differential: $2.50 per hour
  • Paid vacation leave
  • 11 paid holidays per year
  • Double-time pay on holidays worked
  • 401(k) with eligible company match of up to 6% (must meet age, hours, and length of service requirements)
