About The Position

Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to join The Recovery Village Palm Beach in partnership with Baptist Health. This role supports a patient-centered environment dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based addiction and mental health care. As part of the Advanced Recovery Systems family, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to improving patient outcomes and supporting individuals on their path to recovery. The Recovery Village Palm Beach provides a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Through its partnership with Baptist Health, the facility is committed to comprehensive, high-quality care. The Behavioral Health Supervisor plays an important role in supporting patients, leading frontline staff, and maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment throughout the assigned shift. The Behavioral Health Supervisor oversees Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Senior BHTs, and Drivers, as applicable, during their assigned shift. This position works closely with the Behavioral Health Manager, Director of Nursing, and Charge Nurse to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in a health-related field with 3+ years of behavioral health experience, bachelor's degree with 1+ year of BHT or similar patient-care experience, or 4+ years of supervisory or behavioral health/patient-care experience in lieu of a degree.
CPR and Standard First Aid certification required.
Good driving record that meets company safety and insurance standards.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
Ability to manage stress and respond appropriately to challenging situations.
Ability to walk, stand, sit, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with the applicable patient population preferred.
CNA, MA, Medication Technician/QMAP, CBHT, or similar certification preferred.
