Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, both individually and in groups.
Professional demeanor with no favoritism shown.
Consistency in interactions with clients, staff, visitors, and the public.
Ability to handle crisis situations and react appropriately.

Possess a working knowledge of HIPAA, licensing, and CARF regulations.

Experience in Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and provide feedback on performance.
Assist with interviewing and hiring BHTs.
Support employee disciplinary actions.
Develop employee schedules.
Assist with client interventions.
Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients.
Attend facility meetings and coordinate BHT department meetings.
Assign, monitor, and complete all required training for self and third-shift BHTs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
