Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor-Evening Shift
About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Technician for their Detox and Residential treatment facility in Dublin, NH. This is an evening position, working from 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm, with one weekend day per month. The role involves managing daily residential operations, training and supporting the BHT team, overseeing client engagement and morale, and ensuring compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures. Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers dedicated to providing evidence-based clinical care and individualized treatment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
- Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
- Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
- Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
- Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
- Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
