Behavioral Health Technician ( BHT ) / Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT )
About The Position
PRO ABA Services is seeking exceptional Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide IBHS services to children/youth in home, school, and community settings. This is an hourly position where technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants. Requirements
- High School diploma is required
- A minimum of one-year of recent experience working with children and/or youth
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area preferred
- Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
- Experience working with challenging behaviors is highly preferred
- Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors
- RBT certification is preferred
- Safety-Care certification is a plus
