Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Pottstown, PA Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8:30am-3pm in a school setting You're more than a BHT at PRO. Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience working with children required; experience with challenging behaviors highly preferred
- Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT training, 3rd edition task list.
- Current clearances (within 12 months) required
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation
Responsibilities
- Provide IBHS services to children and adolescents (ages 2–21) in home, school, and community settings.
- Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA or Behavior Consultant.
- Collect data, complete session documentation, and help children build meaningful skills.
