Pyramid Healthcare Inc, located in Hillside (East Stroudsburg, PA), is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join its expanding team. As a BHT, you will work directly with clients to ensure adherence to program schedules and rules, conduct educational lectures and group sessions, and support overall client care. This role offers a pathway for professional and personal growth within Pyramid Healthcare.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Complete the intake process with new clients into program
Maintains client documentation
Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable
Coordination of client activities
Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
Provide client transportation
Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
Assists with the dietary needs of clients
Transport clients to and from specified locations within expected time frames
Supervise and support clients while transporting
Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided
Completes all required trainings.
