We are looking for Applied Behavior Analysis to serve our local areas who is passionate about helping youth (ages 5–17) and their families build the practical skills they need to thrive. From teaching daily life skills to supporting DCS reunification efforts, your work will directly impact families right here in our community. As a Applied Behavior Analysis, you are a mentor, a teacher, and a champion for youth, fostering growth in safe and engaging environments. Your Mission for Success You will work 1:1 with youth and caregivers to create lasting change through: Life Skills Training: Using the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs and teaching everything from social skills to daily independence. Community Impact: Planning therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues that make learning "hands-on." Reunification Support: Collaborating with DCS to help families stay together and build a stable future. Goal Tracking: Developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining high-quality documentation to celebrate every milestone. The Schedule & Environment Flexible & Active: Monday – Saturday, with hours varying based on client needs. Year-Round Engagement: Impact continues through summer and school breaks. On the Move: This is a community-based role involving travel throughout the valley, frequent movement, transport, and both indoor and outdoor activities.
