About The Position
Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Behavioral Health / Mental Health Tech to help provide care for patients with mental health issues. The center is a comprehensive inpatient behavioral health facility providing acute behavioral health care and outpatient treatment to adults and geriatric adults experiencing crises related to severe behavioral health symptoms and/or substance use disorders. It is a 64-bed acute inpatient setting with IOP/PHP oversight, an adult and geriatric client population, behavioral health and addiction treatment, acute intervention, and short-term stays. The center is a joint venture/professional partnership between NHC, Tennova, and the University of Tennessee–Knoxville.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
