The Behavioral Health Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, and operational support for Prosano's integrated behavioral health services model across assigned Health Care Centers. This role supports the successful implementation and ongoing effectiveness of the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) by overseeing and developing Behavioral Health Managers (BHMs), ensuring high-quality patient care, promoting clinical best practices, and supporting team performance and professional growth. The Behavioral Health Supervisor in addition to clinical leadership provides guidance to therapists engaged in the assessment and treatment of patients experiencing behavioral health conditions commonly encountered in the primary care setting, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, stress-related concerns, and other behavioral health needs. The supervisor collaborates with providers and care teams to support evidence-based, patient-centered care and ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and regulatory standards. This position is a core member of Prosano's integrated care team, partnering closely with primary care providers (PCPs), psychiatric consultants, Behavioral Health Managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize behavioral health services. The Behavioral Health Supervisor may also provide direct patient care, both in person and virtually, as needed to support patient access, continuity of care, and operational needs across Prosano Health Care Centers.
