This clinician is responsible for implementing youth suicide awareness and prevention efforts through the Center for Suicide Prevention and Research. Primary job responsibilities include 1) implementing evidence-based suicide prevention programs in schools; 2) conducts suicide risk assessments and safety plans; 3) provides suicide prevention trainings with schools and community partners; 4) maintains a small clinical caseload. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Provides clinical assessment, behavioral health treatment, case management, care coordination, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents and their families across all professional and clinical settings.
