This role involves delivering intensive interventions to support emotional and behavioral management, problem-solving, and skill development for children/youth and families. The provider will offer crisis avoidance and management services, conduct psychoeducation, facilitate strengths-based service planning, and provide rehabilitative support to help individuals manage behavioral health symptoms and improve daily functioning and community integration. Services are to be delivered individually or in groups, following trauma-informed, culturally, and linguistically competent practices, with coordination among all treatment providers. Responsibilities also include timely documentation, participation in meetings and training, incident reporting, adherence to standards, and upholding family choice and voice.
