About The Position

This position is for a Behavioral Health Provider (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LGSW) at CCM Health. The role involves evaluating and diagnosing mental and behavioral health disorders, making referrals, and providing mental health treatment in collaboration with other providers. The position is 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) and is exempt. An annual salary range of $89,835.20 - $115,523.20 is offered, with a productivity bonus available.

Requirements

Master's degree in clinical practice field of psychology, mental health counseling, or social work.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a mental health professional through the relevant degree licensing board.
Demonstrates evidence of essential leadership, communication, education, collaboration, and counseling skills.
Proficient in communication technologies.
Effective organizational skills and demonstrates ability to maintain accurate notes and records.
Advanced knowledge of mental health disorders, personality and human development, theories and models of treatment.
Strong skills in conducting biopsychosocial diagnosis assessments, individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
Knowledgeable and skilled in proving trauma-informed care and interventions.
Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with patients, family members, multidisciplinary team members, community agencies, and other resource providers.
Skills to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
Skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
Time management skills.
Critical thinking skills.

Previous clinic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate/diagnose mental and behavioral health disorders of individuals through interview, assessment, observation and screening.
Make appropriate referrals.
Formulate and provide a course of mental health treatment.
Provide treatment in collaboration and consultation with other providers.
