Atlantis Behavioral Health Services is a behavioral health organization committed to providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout the El Paso community. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Behavioral Health Program Assessor to join our Case Management Program. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our patients receive timely assessments, individualized treatment planning, and uninterrupted behavioral health services. The Program Assessor works closely with patients, families, providers, case managers, and our billing department to ensure authorizations are obtained and services remain compliant with state and payer requirements. The Behavioral Health Program Assessor is responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments for children, adolescents, and adults receiving case management services. This includes completing Biopsychosocial Assessments, Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments, Adult Needs and Strengths Assessments (ANSA), and developing individualized Treatment Plans based on identified strengths and needs. This position ensures all required assessments and treatment plans are completed within required timeframes so authorizations can be obtained without interruption of patient services.
