About The Position
The Village Network is hiring for several behavioral health positions including Behavioral Management Specialists, Clinical Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Crisis Program Supervisor. Since 1946, The Village Network has provided compassionate treatment to support the behavioral, physical, and emotional health of children and families. They individually assess the needs of each child and design dynamic treatment plans to transition them from disruptive to permanent, stable environments. Their services include community-based services, residential treatment, and treatment foster care programs across 19+ locations in Ohio and West Virginia. They foster a Culture of Care, emphasizing a passion for their mission and the people they serve, with an excellent safety record and training program. They utilize Collaborative Problem Solving and The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics to address the needs of youth and their families.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate treatment to support the behavioral, physical, and emotional health of children and families.
- Individually assess the needs of each child.
- Design dynamic treatment plans to properly transition children from disruptive to permanent, stable environments.
- Deliver community-based services, residential treatment, and treatment foster care programs.
