This position is responsible for conceptualizing, recommending, developing, and implementing Behavioral Health Outcomes Based Care efforts in multiple CCO regions. Additionally, this position guides implementation and maintenance of plans and procedures through data informed technical assistance, coaching, learning events, and training to Behavioral Health plan employees and network providers in areas related to Outcomes Based Care, Quality Improvement, and behavioral health quality metrics across multiple CareOregon regions. This position leads projects and facilitates collaborative meetings, providing support to network leadership and care teams related to outcomes-based care in order to improve Quintuple Aim outcomes in Behavioral Health services. This requires a high degree of collaboration and influence with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and coordination with external clinical and operational leadership.
