Per Diem Behavioral Health Nurse
About The Position
Innovive Health is seeking Registered Nurses to provide home healthcare to patients with chronic behavioral health issues and complex medical needs. The role involves delivering one-on-one care in patients’ homes and working collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, therapists, and operations staff to support patient outcomes. Per diem nurses may choose how much work to pick up. The posting also describes part-time RN Case Manager schedules with a consistent weekly caseload and flexible two-, three-, or four-day scheduling options. AM, PM, and weekend shifts are available. The position is presented for Massachusetts, with current nursing licensure in Massachusetts required.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts, as required by state regulations.
- Have passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order, or another reliable means of transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Successful completion of Fit Testing for N95 respirators.
