Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral/mental health or psych nursing, especially with the geriatric population

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans focusing on mental and behavioral health
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
