About The Position
Join Munson Healthcare’s Behavioral Health Team! Full-time | Inpatient Summary: Munson Healthcare’s Behavioral Health team is offering a full-time opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP; Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to provide assessment, treatment planning, psychiatric services, and care coordination for patients seen on the adult inpatient psychiatric unit at Munson Medical Center.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing OR Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Behavioral Health preferred
- Board eligible/certified to practice in the State of Michigan
- Psychiatric Mental Health Certification (PMHNP)
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, psychiatric services, and care coordination for patients seen on the adult inpatient psychiatric unit at Munson Medical Center.
- Work in partnership with a psychiatrist on a general adult inpatient unity with a full complement of psychiatric nurses, clinical therapists/case managers, and behavioral health technicians.
