LCSW - Behavioral Health Manager
About The Position
Signet Health is working with Memorial Behavioral Health Center, Springfield, IL, to recruit and fill their Behavioral Health Manager position for their outpatient program. We are looking for a qualified and organized Illinois licensed social worker to provide oversight of the outpatient behavioral health program providing mental health services to adults, senior adults, and children & adolescents. We can work with LCPC or LCSW certifications. This is a hospital position with all benefits and salary provided by the hospital. Memorial Behavioral Health Center offers generous benefits and PTO, on-site childcare, with a competitive starting salary range of $77k - $118,560k, depending on qualifications and experience. Days only, no weekends or on-call. Good growth opportunities as well.
Requirements
- Unencumbered Illinois Master's level license - LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent.
- Experience with program development and supervision
- Experience working with patients of varying ages and backgrounds
- Be able to pass background and drug screen
- Have or be able to obtain IM + CANS certification within 30days of hire.

- Management experience in community mental health
- knowledge of community agencies
- familiarity with Illinois mental health services and the child welfare state system
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the outpatient program
- Hands-on supervision for approximately 20 staff
- Experience leading program development with short-term and long-term goals
- Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal, and licensing agency regulatory standards
- Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the program
