Coordinates and assists in the provision of Behavioral Health resources and services to clients. This role involves assisting families in determining needed resources and services through a screening and triage process, answering questions and concerns, providing service referrals and scheduling, gathering referral and pre-admission information, and completing pre-admission data entry. The coordinator also identifies emergent or complex cases for clinical review, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for efficient resource and scheduling services, and utilizes Electronic Medical Record and Scheduling software to assess service demand and capacity. Maintaining confidentiality of all clinical and administrative information is essential.
