We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Technicians, for PRN shifts, to join our team at our Facility Based Clinic in Jacksonville, NC. Requirements
- Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Nice To Haves
- Peer support certification or CNA certification a plus, but is not required
Responsibilities
- Providing and maintaining a therapeutic and safe group environment
- Attending to the welfare and basic needs of clients
- Provide informal counseling in the detox center that involve behavioral techniques, reality therapy, supportive encouragement and socialization skills for the clients.
