DeCoach Recovery Centre is a leading addiction treatment center providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to individuals working through substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges. Requirements

A degree in counseling, social work, or chemical dependency
Active state licensure/certification (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine therapeutic rapport
A collaborative mindset — you thrive working with a team, not just solo
Comfort managing a caseload independently while knowing when to seek supervision
Solid organizational skills and the ability to stay professional under a fast-paced workload
A genuine commitment to growing as a clinician

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide individual and group counseling using a strengths-based, person-centered approach
Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers as part of a true multidisciplinary team
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision — collaboration is built into how we work, not an afterthought
Grow your practice through ongoing professional development and real advancement opportunities
Provide culturally competent, inclusive care and advocate for clients from all backgrounds
Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
Offer crisis intervention and coordinate resources when clients need urgent support
