About The Position

The Behavioral Health Consultant provides outpatient clinical care in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, delivering brief, evidence-based behavioral health interventions alongside Primary Care Providers. The position offers patient relationships, collaborative team-based care, modern workflows, and autonomy to support patients’ physical and emotional well-being. Care is provided through in-person and telehealth opportunities, with 30-minute patient visits using a brief treatment model. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no call.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist license.
• Comfort providing brief, evidence-based interventions.
• Interest in integrated behavioral health and collaborative care.
• Value teamwork, patient-centered care, and improving access to behavioral health services.

• Primary care or integrated behavioral health experience.
